Damaged or defective products

  • Merchandise must be examined upon receipt.  Please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll make arrangements for you to return the damaged product and receive a replacement.   All packaging must be retained, with damage to packaging documented for the purpose of a shipping claim.

 

Warranty

  • Noah & Grey warrants that the Products shall be free from defects in workmanship or materials. This does not, however, cover consumables like LED, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accidents, abuse, neglect and the like.   For a period of one year following the date of delivery of each Product, Noah & Grey, at its sole cost and expense, shall repair or replace any Product which is defective in workmanship or materials without cost to the Customer, or, at Noah & Grey discretion, make a price adjustment to such Product.  Noah & Grey reserves the right to determine the most appropriate manner to fulfill this warranty, in its sole discretion.   If your product was purchased from one of our authorised retailers, please contact them directly to make arrangements.

 

Return

  • If the Customer wishes to return any Products (excluding custom made), Noah & Grey must be notified with 10 days of receiving the item, it must first obtain prior authorization by by sending an email to support@noahandgrey.com.    Noah & Grey will accept returns in good and unused condition. We have the right deny a refund for an item that is believed to be previously damaged. 

  • If you’re located in the HK, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label to send your products back to us. If you’re located in another country, we’re unable to provide a shipping label, but can assist you with your return shipping.  Please contact customer support for assistance.
